Which plan should we pick?

Voco Simple (£8/week, £32/month) is for churches running one main weekly service and usually serving one or two language groups. Voco Church (£15/week, £60/month) is for churches with heavier weekly usage, multiple language groups, team access, overlays, API access, and custom attendee branding.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes — 7 days free, no credit card required. Your first Sunday on Voco is on us. That gives you a full week to test with your team and congregation.

What if our first Sunday isn't perfect?

We'll refund your next month, no questions. Email hello@voco.church and we'll sort it. We'd rather earn your second Sunday than keep you on a plan that didn't work.

Can I switch between Simple and Church?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Are the limits hard cut-offs?

No. Voco does not cut your service off mid-sermon. Languages remain selectable and the service keeps running. If your church consistently uses more live hours or broader language coverage than your plan is designed for, we'll reach out after repeated overage and help you move to the right plan.

Why is Voco cheaper than some alternatives?

Voco is intentionally lean: a small, solo-founded team, modern speech and translation infrastructure, and AI-assisted tooling where it genuinely reduces operating cost. We do not price by attendee seat, and we avoid heavy enterprise overhead unless a church actually needs that level of support.

Can we use Voco for a conference or special event?

Yes. If you are running a multi-day event with several sessions and lots of guest languages, contact us before the event. We can arrange a temporary event pack with higher live-hour guidance and broader language planning for that month.

We're a multi-site church or a network — how does pricing work?

Get in touch. Networks, denominations, and multi-campus churches have very different needs, so we build a plan that fits. Use the 'Let's talk' link in the Voco Network band above.

Is £15/week really unlimited attendees?

Yes. We charge for the church service, not the seat count. 5 people or 500, the price stays the same on every plan.

Is Voco text-only right now?

Yes. Voco is built around live text transcription and translation — fast, dependable, and easy on church WiFi. Voco Audio (cloned-voice TTS) is on the roadmap as a paid add-on.

What audio hardware do I need?

Nothing beyond what you already have. For best accuracy, run an AUX send from your sound desk into a USB interface (Behringer UM2 ~£28 is popular). In a pinch, a laptop built-in mic works fine for smaller rooms.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. No contract, no penalty. You keep access until the end of the billing period.

Is my data secure?

Transcripts are stored per church account with strict access controls. Only your organisation can access your transcripts. We don't use transcript data to train models. You can delete transcripts from your dashboard at any time.
