Provider health and incidents

How to understand failures from Deepgram, translation, realtime, email, and billing providers.

What to check first

  • If audio does not connect, check Deepgram configuration and browser microphone permission.
  • If text appears in admin but not on phones, check realtime socket health.
  • If source text appears but translation does not, check translation provider keys and incidents.
  • If emails are not delivered, check Resend configuration and domain authentication.
  • If billing state looks wrong, check Lemon Squeezy webhook delivery.

Admin health

The internal Voco admin health page should be the first place to verify required environment variables and whether Supabase can be reached.
