What to check first
- If audio does not connect, check browser microphone permission and the internal audio service configuration.
- If text appears in admin but not on phones, check realtime socket health.
- If source text appears but translation does not, check translation keys and incidents.
- If emails are not delivered, check email configuration and domain authentication.
- If billing state looks wrong, check billing webhook delivery.
Admin health
The internal Voco admin health page should be the first place to verify required environment variables and whether the database can be reached.
What to record
- Event ID and church name.
- Whether admin source text was appearing.
- Whether attendee phones were connected.
- Which language was selected on the attendee reader.
- Approximate time of the issue and any browser error shown.
