Plans, usage, and overage

How Voco Starter, Voco Church, and soft usage expectations work.

Voco Starter

Voco Starter is available as a £6 weekly subscription or a separate £24 monthly subscription. It is designed for one main weekly service, around 90 live minutes a week, and one or two regularly used language groups.

Attendees can still request any supported language live. The plan expectation is about normal usage, not a hard lock in the reader. If an unexpected visitor needs another language, keep serving them.

Voco Church

Voco Church is available as a £12 weekly subscription or a separate £48 monthly subscription. It is designed for your normal church week: multiple Sunday services, the odd midweek, around 5 live hours a week, all 200+ languages with no per-language charge, team access, overlays, and custom church branding in the attendee experience.

Voco Pro

Voco Pro is available as a £22 weekly subscription or a separate £88 monthly subscription. It is designed for churches where translation is part of the whole ministry calendar: regular midweek meetings, connect groups, small groups, event weekends, unlimited live hours, Signal API, and unlimited team seats.

Voco Grace Promise

Voco does not stop a live service mid-sermon because it ran long or because a visitor needed a language you did not expect. Plans describe your normal rhythm, not a hard wall.

Occasional church events, longer services, and first-month discovery are normal. If the same account is regularly above its plan for a few weeks, Voco reaches out with a plan conversation.

How soft guidance works

  1. 1Week one overVoco flags the account internally and keeps the service running.
  2. 2Week two overThe account remains under watch so we can see whether this is normal usage or a one-off.
  3. 3Week three overVoco reaches out with a plan conversation rather than cutting off a live service.

The real billing signal

The key unit is active language-hours. One two-hour service with two active listener languages is four language-hours. That is more meaningful than the number of languages shown in the picker, because Voco only translates into languages with active listeners.
