Billing and account management

How subscriptions, pricing, owners, and team access work.

Billing provider

Voco uses a secure billing processor for subscriptions, payment methods, invoices, and billing portal access. Public prices are listed weekly and billed monthly: £6/week (£24/month) for Simple and £12/week (£48/month) for Church.

Owner responsibilities

  • Keep the owner email current.
  • Invite team members who need dashboard access rather than sharing a password.
  • Use Settings → Billing for payment method changes and cancellations. Cancellation collects a short reason first, then opens the secure billing portal for the final subscription change.
  • Rotate API keys if a volunteer leaves or a key is pasted into an unsafe place.
