Voco uses Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. Public prices are church-facing VAT-inclusive prices, so churches see the final number rather than VAT being added at checkout.
Owner responsibilities
- Keep the owner email current.
- Invite team members who need dashboard access rather than sharing a password.
- Use the billing portal for payment method changes and cancellations.
- Rotate API keys if a volunteer leaves or a key is pasted into an unsafe place.
