Troubleshooting OBS

  • If text does not update, check that the URL has the language you want, for example ?lang=es.
  • If you change language during a live service, Voco backfills recent lines for that language; give it a few seconds after the first switch.
  • If OBS shows old text after stopping and restarting the same service, refresh the Browser Source. Voco only loads transcript lines from the current live run.
  • If the display is cropped, check source dimensions and transform settings.
  • If text is too large or small, adjust the display URL size setting rather than scaling randomly in OBS.
